During the execution of these projects, we had to manage tiny armies of subcontractors and single traders supplying various pieces of the total project deliverables, and we gained a keen awareness of how tough and demanding this can be.
We found ourselves always trying to locate dependable contractors (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters & decorators, cleaners, to mention a few) while managing a variety of properties for our clients. As a result, it made perfect sense for us to consider management, and likewise, Tincleton Ltd. was established.
